TVByNumbers reports that Hannah Montana Forever hit season high viewers, becoming the series’ most-watched telecast in more than 3 years. Total Viewers (7.1 million), Kids 6-11 (2.6 million/ 10.6 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (2.8 million/ 11.3 rating), since the post ‘High School Musical’ telecast on 8/17/07. Shake It Up ranked as Disney’s 2nd-most-watched series debut overall among Total Viewers (6.2 million) and Tweens 9-14 (2.7 million/ 11.0 rating) and its No. 1 Sunday premiere on record in Total Viewers.

“Shake It Up,” a new series starring Bella Thorne, premiered last night as the Disney Channel’s top Sunday series debut ever. It didn’t hurt that its “Hannah Montana Forever” lead-in had its best ratings in three years. But with “Hannah” star Miley Cyrus winding down her TV hit (and about to turn 18 years old), attention has turned to 13-year-old Thorne as the Disney machine’s heiress apparent. Thorne, who has guested on “Wizards of Waverly Place,” stars in “Shake It Up” as CeCe Jones, an aspiring teenage dancer on a local Chicago dance show. Like Ronnie, I too have a really close relationship with my family. And also the loss that Ronnie goes through is something I relate too. I lost my best friend when I was 12, and I thought a lot about that to recreate the pain in the movie. What have you learned from losing someone so close to you? To never take what you have for granted. It's important to just stop and think about your life every now and then. I have so much to be grateful for.

Representatives for both Taylor Lautner and Miley Cyrus have in been in talks to get them to team up for an upcoming film project, reports Examiner. However, There doesn't appear to be a particular script that both stars have taken a.. ..mutual interest in. Miley's rep suggested she may already have four films lined up for 2010, while Taylor is busy with Stretch Armstrong.
